The main focus is on professional communication, including job interviews. We learn to make and answer phone calls, participate in meetings and discussions, give presentations, and write business letters and emails. We read technical literature, reports, protocols, and studies, and analyze diagrams and statistics.

In written communication, we create reports, protocols, and analyses. We write offers, place orders, or file complaints. We also formulate documentation for projects and concepts.
We train our intercultural skills, such as understanding cultural differences in the German business world, negotiation techniques and strategies, cross-language communication, and conflict management.
We also learn how to plan and execute projects, and we discuss teamwork, role distribution, time management, and resource planning in the workplace. We cover basic legal terms (labor law, contract law), data protection, and compliance.
